I’m sounding the wildflower alarm for Colorado’s high country. If you have a camera it’s time to head out and capture some of this beauty. Here’s a photo I took in the Indian Peaks Wilderness at Long Lake from the Jean Lunning Trail at 10,500 feet. The peak is Apache, the glacer is Isabelle, the flowers are pink elephant heads, bistort and snow buttercups.
